Butterfly face painting is one if not the most popular designs for girls.

What is the reason for this design to be so popular? Well, its lines lead to the focal point and therefore our eyes seem to like this design.

Painting this design, we start with the sponge symetrical dabbing of color on both sides of the face, this is done with two to three different colors. Blending the colors is most important here to make the painting look smooth and not patchy.

Now we are ready to work on the lines, using any color that stands out with brush work.

Paint the wings trying to be as symetrical as possible, then add the head and some beautiful Antennaes adding glitter or pretty gems.
